Refund Policy

At She's Heeled your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.

A return request must be submitted before returning merchandise to be eligible for a refund. To submit a return request, complete the following steps:

1. Email us at info@shesheeled.com
2. After submitting the email, check your email for a confirmation email. Include the enclosed Return Reference # with your return package.

Refunds are issued in Store Credit only.

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days as long as items are available and in stock.

We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges.
